Management has no idea what front line staff do. My supervisor left over a month ago and the position isn’t even posted yet. Two other people left from my department and their positions weren’t posted for a month. One posted, the positions pay much more than people doing the same job for years. Caseloads are way too high and my professional licensure is at risk caring for so many. The company saves money the longer positions go infilled. I cannot provide quality care due to the high caseloads.
