Pros
The personnel is dedicated and are hard workers. There are a number of bright and intelligent people who work to make the company what it is. This is especially true of the "workabees" and those on the ground keeping it all together - especially in the midst of the number of changes there in the last few years.
Cons
Because of the state of constant change an air of volatility and tension has resulted. Between Venture capitalist involvement, merger, layoffs, and offshoring (or talk of it) for some (if not most) it has lead to not the most comfortable of environments to thrive in.
