As an Branch Partner even though I am chief cook and bottle washer (meaning I have to do everything. It is a good gig as I sent my own hours, schedule and how much I work. The more I work the more $$ can be made. Online (to corporate) system is fairly easy to use (to enter orders, create PO's etc.) Also corporate has deep pockets enabling us to get end column discounts. Partner Support is very helpful and entire company goes out of their way to assist Branch Partners
Cons
No real downsides. It's up to the Branch Partners (The sales employees) to communicate their needs/concerns to corporate. If that is done and corporate has a good understanding of the issue/challenge, then usually everything works itself out.

There is no base salary or draw. There may be dry periods between projects. You must keep up with clients and business prospecting.
Everything. Avoid at all costs. Manual processes in office with absolutely no option to be remote. The CEO and CFO are passive aggressive and borderline racist in office. I was disgusted I quit after a short time.
