Doable work but feeling overworked and underpaid - RN Staff Nurse Independence Health System (PA) Employee Review

The Staff at BHS is so friendly, welcoming and of course talented and skilled. I loved working there.

I was hired to administer vaccinations for period of time, and I was sad when it ended.

Enjoyed most of the people I work with, and it's a field I am proud to work in.

Work life balance isn't great due to rotating shift schedules. Pay not worth it for long term career, and raises are rare and small. More of a place to start a career rather than stay long term.
