      Pros

      Good overtime bonuses, they are still providing crisis pay

      Cons

      Very toxic environment especially in the ICU. Very hard to get experience if you are not part of the right group

      Pros

      Enjoyed most of the people I work with, and it's a field I am proud to work in.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't great due to rotating shift schedules. Pay not worth it for long term career, and raises are rare and small. More of a place to start a career rather than stay long term.
