Pros

Pros: The benefits are average Great place to start if you are inexperienced and want to dabble in IT

Cons

Cons: Leadership is numbers driven, rather than partner satisfaction driven. The pay is no where close to competitive Lack of concern for mental health, related to stress Implementation of new solutions, without training technicians to support it Lack of communication between teams (Projects, NOC, SOC, Service) The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing Lack of training for technician's, a lot of Googling happens here

Pros

The location, the stocked fridge with foods, snacks and yes a beer fridge full of a large variety of beers a the weekly free lunch are very good perks.

Cons

The tiny dark gloomy office with tiny windows that from the outside resembles a state penitentiary, the weekly meeting that repeats its content and a variety of sarcastic\slapstick comments from the bored crowd of 20 some employees to go with it. The F-U Friday habit that the helpdesk manager tries to happily enforce and his lack of professionalism with his team. 2 out of 3 owners that are absent and lack true empathy for their employees but love to "share" the info on the growth of the company while keeping salaries below market and their personal achievements. A micro managed culture taken from books and misinterpreted into a cult of some sorts where people pretend to be close but really doesn't seem like it. Recently promoted and very young managers without previous experience managing people and without any people skills. At last a revolving door of techs leaving and new ones getting hired.
