Offer new employees more money in salary vs an employee that has a promotion.
Example if someone working as a customer service representative with a 47k a year salary graduate's law school. If an opening for a lawyer starting at 70k or more and the promoted person gets the job. They only offer 10% more than their current salary. This should be changed because of this is two different job role and department.
