Ihda interview questions

Standard interview questions in both first and second round, pretty much the same questions in both interviews. Once in the second interview they told me it was a if the stars aline then maybe there could be a future role but not a career path type place from what they told me.

Applied online and a recruiter reached out for a standard phone screen. Nothing out of the ordinary, just confirming salary, etc. I then had a follow-up with the hiring manager who was extremely cold, dispassionate and seemed disinterested in the whole hiring process. Not someone you'd be excited to have as your boss. I was then left hanging for about 3 weeks until I reached back out to the recruiter and got the standard rejection.
