Pros
- Great learning experience for a first time sales job, steep learning curve - You get to know many different industry areas - Great people from all walks of life (but mostly young and international) - Good location. - Depending on the department, good way to establish connections with industry leaders - No over hours. Almost everyone is gone by 6 pm
Cons
- Very stressful, high targets - After a while it becomes monotonous, since you have to call like a machine all day - Occasional fighting over leads and deals between two sales departments, gets very annoying
