Pros
Working for internal projects is a great way to have a good life/work balance. Pay is fair. Perks and Benefits exceed most other competitors, outshined by a handful of companies in the region. Diversity and Inclusion are a big thing. There is volunteering opportunities to make big impacts, not just locally but globally.
Cons
Location is far from good, there's grid lock traffic, walking outside campus is dangerous, and it's got limited options outside of campus for food, pharmacies, or convenience stores. Growth opportunities are rare, and depend on a ton of factors, not just performance. There's partially a culture of new people being isolated since they don't yet belong enough. Some cliques do form in the management circles which can seem unfair.
