Pros
chill environment, good colleagues, lots of foreigners too which makes for an awesome multicultural experience, you get a discount at other hyatt branches when you feel like wanting to stay there during your travels.
Cons
lots of micromanagement at green bay branch, no vegan meals for employees, management ignores when workers are harassed by visitors, management doesn't really treat kids that come from abroad that nicely, uneven work hour distribution, it will happen often that the one with least hours will be sent home before the one that management likes on slow days even if they offer similar performance, chronos system fails often as well.
