Over the past couple years, the work environment within the Sales department has become increasingly challenging and appears to lack professionalism. There have been multiple instances of Sales Managers being terminated without definite reason. These terminations have raised concerns among staff, particularly as they seem to coincide with the young Sales Manager as she is perceived to have a close personal relationship with the Director of Sales and Marketing. The current sales departmental culture is marked by excessive control and a lack of trust, which has negatively affected employee morale and contributed to a growing perception of unfair treatment among team members and across the hotel.

Great work environment, team was helpful and really nice, workload wasn’t overwhelming

Cons

Didn’t feel super included on the team as a contractor, expectations were consistently unclear, they tell you it’s temp to perm, but could be years before a permanent role is available
