      Pros

      The flexibility and understanding with military or family matters/emergency. The benefits are awesome, and I was able to travel and stay sometimes for free or greatly reduced hotel rates.

      Part timers get limited hours sometimes without notice

      Pros

      Great work environment, team was helpful and really nice, workload wasn’t overwhelming

      Cons

      Didn’t feel super included on the team as a contractor, expectations were consistently unclear, they tell you it’s temp to perm, but could be years before a permanent role is available
