It was an amazing experience. Didn't find any cons

- Most team members are pleasant to work with - Pay meets industry standards

- Upper Management and Executive team does not have leadership experience - No culture or employee appreciation (this pertains to the Dallas office and remote US employees) - No work/life balance - Lack of training from upper management - Micro-management - Poor communication and lack of transparency
