I think remote working could be the only pro

Cons

Only lateral movement, because that way they don't need to hire people or give the existing employee any raise that they deserve. Convenient to derail the employee from their future career goals.

Not many pros to be honest. I guess flexibility.

Cons

-in the US , lots of turnover, toxic management, constant changes where you don't even know what your role or duty is -I felt that this company lacked diversity and inclusion and they only like to hire people that they worked with prior so you feel a sense of high school clickiness -Passive aggressive mentality and the expectation to work late hours if you want to grow -No employee feedback or reviews so you don't even know how you are performing -Benefits are not good -Any questions are actually looked at as bad
