Pros

This review is long overdue! This company is great. They are very supportive of their employees and do everything in their power to help associates stay motivated and well informed. Their training program is great and the managers are always there to help. Having previously served in management of a larger mortgage banking outfit, I understand the importance of management having to exemplify it's core values for other associates to follow. Gerald definitely does that and his team of sales managers also believe in the same objective.

Cons

The job itself is not easy. The job essentially entails a lot of cold calling and RE Agents are not always the friendliest of people to deal with. You need to have thick skin to work in this environment but the managers clearly make up for it by being extremely positive, having sales contests and regularly working with it's associates to make them better sales associates.

sharp selling skills, great young coworkers, used to be a fun place to work

Cons

stressful, poor pay, extremely low ROI, you're probably not going to make a commission check after being around for 1 year+
