Pros

Strong Team Dynamics: Working with skilled colleagues was a highlight. The team's camaraderie made the workplace enjoyable and stimulating. Flexibility: Homeday acknowledged work-life balance and offered flexible working arrangements, a valuable perk for maintaining personal and professional equilibrium.

Cons

Constant Change: Frequent organizational shifts and shifting priorities created a sense of instability, making it hard to plan long-term strategies or careers. Leadership Instability: Rapid changes in team leadership disrupted project continuity and morale, making it challenging to adapt to different management styles. Limited Support for Growth: While filled with talented individuals, Homeday lacked robust support for employee development, with few growth opportunities or mentorship programs, at least during my time there.

Pros

The company has been extremely considerate and accommodating, everything from about the onboarding experience has been a breeze (they took care of the visa and relocation process, and also provided a generous relocation package). Already, I can feel the humane aspect of the the company's values and that it cares deeply about the individual and individual circumstances. The company is taking active measures to have diversity and inclusivity at its forefront, and as an international recruit I feel completely included (my lack of German has not been a problem, even though I intend on learning of course). Salaries are competitive too, and the opportunity to scale in the company is present. We all know employees rarely leave companies solely because of the salary, but also because they do not feel valued. From day one (even in the recruitment stage) I have felt valued.

Cons

I really have not found any obstacles!
