      Working independently without management looming over you.

      Cons

      Just about everything else from late pay checks, coworkers who show up smelling of weed, little to no advancement, and those who make it hard on others get no punishment.

      Pros

      The staff extremely well mannered, and in most cases very respectful always seemed happy to see people actually return.

      Cons

      Some of the supervises ask for more complained that you weren't getting your job done after that put 2or3 more jobs for you to do because thay couldn't keep anybody around long enough to train them.
