I worked at the Holiday Inn in Jonesboro and had a difficult experience during my time there. The treatment I endured from the owners, who are of Indian descent, was consistently unprofessional and discriminatory. As employees, we were subjected to unfair and degrading behavior. We were often referred to in a condescending manner using terms like “Girl” or “Boy,” which felt belittling and racially charged. Additionally, I experienced instances where the owner would go behind us after we cleaned a room and deliberately place trash or objects in the room only to scold us for it. This created a toxic work environment and left many of us feeling disrespected and undervalued. I hope the management takes steps to improve the treatment of their employees and fosters a more respectful and fair workplace environment moving forward

Pros

The staff extremely well mannered, and in most cases very respectful always seemed happy to see people actually return.

Cons

Some of the supervises ask for more complained that you weren't getting your job done after that put 2or3 more jobs for you to do because thay couldn't keep anybody around long enough to train them.
