Pros
--Wonderful staff to work with that genuinely cared about customer satisfaction and experience --Hotel restaurant --Used Opera hotel system software, which was easy to navigate/understand (if you have thorough training) --Great opportunity to meet people from all over the world!! --I worked alone majority of the time (throughout the week) and enjoyed it
Cons
--Management staff didn't seem to care about employees --Poor/unfair scheduling for employees on behalf of management --Requested time off was often denied, although I was a diligent and loyal employee (and genuinely loved what I was doing) --Hotel was in a downtown location, which created some interesting/annoying experiences over the weekends
