      Pros

      Good entry level co-workers. Good hotel benefits.

      Cons

      Management is awful, no experience required so nobody knows what their doing..not even management. Pay is below average and managers knit pick everyone on everything. Responsibility is ridiculously high for the pay. Normal employees quit within weeks.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
