      Pros

      Great place to work at! Great, unique culture! Hilton takes care of its employees as much as they care for their guests. Great employee benefits. Awesome maternal leave paid time off.

      Cons

      People get too comfortable in their positions and they don't leave for years making it hard to move up within the company.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
