      Pros

      Hilton, the Parent company, is a wonderful one. Fair employee discounts and classic approach to customer service.

      Cons

      Management does not take employees into consideration. No such thing as "Team Meeting" Expectations are low. Scheduling does not take health into regard. (Overnights immediately followed by dayshift)

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
