      Pros

      Great people who work here, job is good because of them. Management are chill. Fun place to work

      Cons

      they don't hire enough people so we're constantly under staffed because of that and also not getting enough hours. full time contract with them doesn't actually mean full time hours. Don't really get any opportunities to progress.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
