Pros
Some team members are great to work with. Look out for each other and make work enjoyable.
Cons
Pay is less then desirable, some show favoritism to employees, everyone do not have to go by standards when it comes to customer service. One manager do not allow you to do your job effectively because of micromanagement in front of customers and takes over the conversation between you and the customer. Communication is lacking. Also majority of the team works on off days and a couple do not have to. We run out of cars to much and the team gets the blame. Takes to long to get uniforms for new hires.
