Pros
Hertz is a great place to work because of the people and the atmosphere which as of late, has improved greatly. We went through a rough economic period, as did many other Companies and it was painful. I think we are out of the woods now and onto a better path. Hertz is like a family and it is a comfortable place to work. Most everyone is proud of who we are and what we do and it shows.
Cons
After being at Hertz for a long time, I feel that more advancement opportunities should be available, especially when every review you have ever had at the Company is 4 stars. While there is a need to go outside for certain positions, many of the existing Hertz employees are capable of so much more, but are often not considered.
