Honestly, this is the best company I've ever worked with. You have to be self-motivated, but the owner has a very strong business acumen and will help to grow and shape the right people.
Right now they are fostering an exciting if somewhat elitist culture centered around growth. They are willing to help the right people grow, and I think this company will go far.
I would have stayed at this company, but due in a large part to what I learned at HEP, I have moved on to bigger and better things!
