I applied on line, received phone call next day to schedule an interview. I was somewhat put aback when I was told I would be interviewing at a Motel on Merchants Drive/Cedar Lane, not the best area in town. Went to the interview, It turned out to be a group interview held in a conference room. The two men who were there when I arrived seemed somewhat professional, but unsure of themselves. There were about 14 people who showed up for the interview. They had us stand up and tell a little about ourselves, and then told us the 2 managers would be in to interview us one on one. That’s when it became comical. Up to this point I my impression of the company was unprofessional and disorganized. When these 2 clowns shows up I knew the company could not be very reputable. One of the men jumped and twitched as if he was on meth or crack, and the other one couldn’t stop staring at girls behinds and trying to look down their blouse. They gave a speech about how working for this company wouldn’t be like sitting with Grandma and Grandpa in church, you had to be rough and tough, are you kidding me? Then they sent us out into the hall to wait for our “Individual” interviews. On my turn I was asked, 1) Are you currently working, 2) Can you work more than 40 hours, 3) Does crude language offend you?, 4) When can you start? I left feeling very poorly about the company and the men they had sent to represent them. Offer turned down, I accepted a job from a Company in West Knoxville that interviewed me in their office, using a very professional staff.
