Pros
Some great and very talented people in the business. WFH flexibility.
Cons
Currently it is an incredibly frustrating and misaligned environment to work in. What was once a good place to work has spiralled significantly. Performance takes a back seat to internal politics. Progress depends far more on who you’re aligned with than what you actually deliver. If you’re expecting clarity, fairness, or a merit based culture, you won’t find it here. Leadership accountability is a real issue. Poor decisions and underperformance at senior levels are often overlooked, while expectations for everyone else shift depending on internal dynamics. It creates a culture where standards feel inconsistent and at times, meaningless. Processes feel outdated, slow, and largely ineffective. Issues tend to get managed rather than resolved, and there’s little confidence that raising concerns will lead to anything changing. There are good people in pockets of the business, but many default to groupthink/presenteeism once they realise how entrenched the politics and lack of accountability really are.
