I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Henry Schein One (Melbourne) in Apr 2026
Interview
Total 3 Rounds of Interview, Starts with phone screening call then aptitude tests that are online then an In-Person interview with the support lead and the training manager,
Overall I would say there is something suspicious as the job had like 12 people that applied for it on LinkedIn and although I made it to the final interview, I did not get an offer or progressed while having adequate experience and qualifications.
Might be ghost job posting or already an internal candidate hire but to expect candidates to come for face to face interviews and then not even provide them feedback for improvement goes to show how non sincere the company is regarding it's hiring process.
Overall if you get an invite or get selected in the selection process for this role, remember this is an entry level role and they expect candidates to go through 3 different round including a face-2-face interview and does not bother with any explanation in case you are not selected or progressed and also there is no way to reach the Hiring Team as they use a very specific tool for recruiting which does not disclose their email addresses in case you would want to require feedback or anything else.
Overall, I would not recommend to go for it, there's plenty of companies and plenty of good people out there that value others time and efforts, unfortunately Henry Schein One does not.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Henry Schein One
Interview
The hiring communication for Henry Schein One was handled entirely through email, from the initial outreach to the final decision. The process included a one-hour remote interview conducted via Microsoft Teams, though no preparation documents or materials were provided in advance. I ultimately received a decline email exactly one week after the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Henry Schein One (Surrey, BC)
Interview
The process began with a recruiter from Henry Schein One scheduling a video call for an initial discussion. At the scheduled time, the recruiter did not join the meeting. After reaching out on LinkedIn, the recruiter explained that there had been a system issue and that the meeting invitation had not appeared on their calendar. The call was then rescheduled for the following day.
On the morning of the rescheduled meeting, the recruiter informed me that she had a personal emergency and stated that the discussion would be moved to the following week. I followed up twice during the next week to arrange a new time, but there was no response.
Several weeks later, I received an automated rejection email. This was particularly concerning because the interview itself never actually took place.
This sequence of events reflects a highly unprofessional and poorly managed recruiting process. Failing to attend scheduled meetings, not responding to follow-ups, and then sending an automated message referencing an interview that never occurred demonstrates a lack of coordination and respect for candidates’ time. Experiences like this unfortunately create a negative impression of the company’s hiring practices and overall professionalism.
