There is no grow if you land a sales position here. Employees have 15 years in the same position. Salary is not adjusted for inflation.

Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
