Cons
Processes. Processes. Processes. A lot of the time we are dictated by Germany on how to run our business. It becomes complicated because the US market is very different. I work specifically for Schwarzkopf Professional. It seems like a never ending battle to get anything accomplished or to make changes. Everything must go through 27 steps before its approved and meanwhile we have lost many opportunities.
