      Great conditions, open communication and high pay even for an internship role

      The company was undergoing re-organization so I wasn't really given the opportunity to prolong my internship due to the change of management.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
