      I started my career at Henkel in 2002 and I have had opportunity to increase/improve my experiences professional and personal. This company has flexible working environment, adequate training and humanized management. It is a pleasure to work at Henkel.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
