      Pros

      The Henkel's work environmnet is very healthy, people in general are kind and enjoyable. The benefits package is generous and there is a lunch service inside the building. I feel autonomous to perform my activities.

      Cons

      Asking for authorization, accessories and work tools is quite slow. The IT services is not the best.

      Pros

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
