      Has a wide range of food choices in canteen and the quality is very good. Shuttle bus services are very convenient. Friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      The IT department was useless, thus anything related to computer or Internet was very frustrating.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
