      The Amsterdam office is very nice in its working environment, colleagues from many countries and many events to help connect colleagues beyond functions and business.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
