1.Need to finish 2 CI initiatives or projects yearly, which is giving too much pressure. Monthly check in on the status of your projects. Sometimes you don’t know what to prioritize already, operations or projects? 2. Salary increase is too low. Like there are those who get php 1,000 as a salary increase

The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

Cons

Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
