Pros

Product is very ambitious and ever developing. Company is very stable and secure.

Cons

Code base is a monorepo with lots of legacy. Engineering team has weak technical fundamentals and do not prioritize sustainability of the apps and maintainability of the code. Very weak technical leadership and interoffice conflicts.
