Pros
Just an overall amazing company to work for. They treat you like you are family and have helped me build myself to become a better Sales Rep. Hourly pay plus uncapped commission is always a pro too!
Cons
During COVID it has turned from an outside sales position to a remote inside sales program. It is also based off refferals with no cold calling or warm leads and you are provided only ideas on how to create a list of people to contact.

-Great work environment : things are moving quickly inside of HelloFresh, teams are fun and engaging -Development opportunities: HelloFresh offers many different training possibilities from day one, with the HelloFresh Academy, German classes etc. -Freedom: you can make your own decisions without getting any approvals, you are welcome to speak up and share all your ideas -Team: I have been working with a great, supportive professionals who always try to improve the processes and the candidate experience -Team events: the team really wants to get together to know each other better outside of the working space as well
