Pros

The admin team were great but just under a lot of pressure. It was quite social out of work when I was there and a young team made that quite easy. I did my apprenticeship whilst here so atleast I got a qualification!

Cons

No progression, spoken to like you mean nothing, boring tasks and very little scope to develop if it's not covered in an apprenticeship framework.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your time with Hawk, it looks like you were in the admin team. We have since created dedicated teams within our admin support team and increased the number of roles by 100% to relieve the pressure which can often occur during month end. I lock up the office most nights and can honestly say I have never seen anyone else in the office after 6.30pm, in fact most of our office based leave by 5.30pm. We offer good salaries with reviews considerably higher than our competitors, along with bonuses for roles involving targets. We like to reward our people who work hard and do a good job and encourage all of our people not just our managers and Directors to say 'thank you' when its due, which I believe they do. Our HR team and open door policy is there to provide a listening ear for any employees who aren't happy about an aspect of their working life.

Pros

Lovely office space, great office staff, decent location. If you’re looking for stability it’s a very easy place to settle into

Cons

Fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, which can make long-term planning challenging. Roles can grow quickly as the business scales, sometimes without immediate updates to structure or resourcing. This suits people who enjoy ambiguity, but may feel demanding for those who prefer clearly defined frameworks.
