Initial Introduction call,via Teams, competency based interview, face to face, short presentation to cover requirements of role and how my experience would be beneficial, along with what do I know about employer

Went well, good relevant questions and fair approach with usually two interviewers in relevant positions. Expected to answer relevant work based questions on experience and industry as well as complete a short and informal micro teach on functional skills. They like to hear about inventive approaches and are keen on those with solid functional skills teaching capabilities.
