Pros
Really could be a great company - again - IF they would put even a little bit of concern into their employees. Customer base and loyality is unsurpassed in this geographical area.
Cons
Harris Teeter does not care about the employees, only the numbers that they can get out of them! Store management is pushed so hard that they are only pawns in the Corp. game.
