Pros
The job of cake decorating is fun. My coworkers were nice to work with and the supervisor was very laid back...never saw him get angry with the employees. Harris Teeter has great customer service so I also never really had to deal with angry customers.
Cons
The hours for cake decorating are early since you have to have fresh cakes in the display case before the store gets busy. I did not get that many hours since they hired 3 cake decorators at the same time.
