Bonus checks a few times a year depending on how well the store is doing in sales and how much you have been working. slight raise for every year worked (not really a pro..)
Cons
Extremely boring Customers are ALWAYS complaining almost feels belittling to work here (management will come to you to do every bit of work so they dont have to) no extra employee discounts
