Pros
Plenty of opportunity's to advance. growing company with plans on expanding. Decent Pay. They try to bring in top talent to run the stores and the emphasis on customer service is excellent.
Cons
Not enough help to keep up the expected standards. salaried members of management make up the slack. long hours. making for a terrible work life balance. not recommended if you enjoy spending time with your family.
