Pros
Wonderful department manager and co-workers. Twice a year bonus checks for everyone. Discounts on HT brands and once a month free items.
Cons
Severely under staffed in the deli especially on weekends and closing. Lots of turn over due to low wages. I started out at $8.50/hr, 2 years later I'm at $10.00 but after insurance, taxes, 401 contribution my take home pay is only about $270. I could cry. We work so hard, too. No paid sick days, either.
