Pros
Good benefits. Medical optical and dental insurance are all available at a reasonable cost. 401K plan works well. Vacation and personal days are abundant, especially for full-time workers.
Cons
Poor system involving floor resets, computer inventory control, and ordering merchandise in general. Many hours for management and staff are wasted due to the current system in use.
