They worship the founder and treat him as if he had semi-divine status (Is that a good thing?)
Cons
On of the worst sales cultures I have encountered in my entire career. Lots of inexperience coupled with leadership using old school copier methodology. Lot's of changes at the top and continued absentee leadership by the "demi-god owner"
