Harness interview questions

The interview process with Harness for the Account Executive role was structured and positive overall. The discussions were straightforward, focusing heavily on past sales experience and analyzing a specific opportunity I previously worked on.

The interview process was very smooth overall. I spoke with four different people across the team, including two technical rounds, one behavioral round, and a final discussion with a Senior Director. Compared to many other interview processes, this one felt well-structured, straightforward, and respectful of the candidate’s time.
